Good afternoon South <a href="http://Leytonstone.As">Leytonstone. </a> <a href="http://Leytonstone.As">As</a>you may be aware as, part of the South Leytonstone Safer Streets initiative a mural has been planned for installation within the Artesian Walk tunnel. Located between the Epi-Centre and the Artesian Walk Garden Playground, - and running under Cathall Road - the tunnel was identified as a Hotspot location for anti-social behaviour, graffiti and littering.
